Shipping Policy

All orders are prescription medications fulfilled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Shipping timelines begin after your provider reviews and approves your prescription.

1. Order Processing

Once your subscription is confirmed and your prescribing provider has approved your treatment plan, your order is transmitted to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of provider approval.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

All medications are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, depending on the fulfilling pharmacy. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Shipping times may vary based on your location, pharmacy availability, and carrier conditions. Orders containing temperature-sensitive medications are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs as required.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included with all ASRX subscription plans at no additional charge. Expedited shipping options, where available, may carry an additional fee displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS once your order has shipped. You can monitor your shipment status through the carrier's tracking portal or your ASRX patient dashboard.

ASRX ships prescription medications to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally. Certain medications may have state-specific restrictions based on local regulations.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. ASRX is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the patient. Address changes must be submitted before the order is fulfilled by the pharmacy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped. If you experience an issue with your medication, please contact your provider through the ASRX platform or reach out to our support team for assistance. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis for orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
